Zach Anderson

Zach is a dedicated criminal defense attorney who has spent his entire career advocating for the rights of the accused in southeast Indiana. A lifelong Hoosier, Zach takes immense pride in representing the people of Indiana.

Zach graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor’s Degree in 2014 and earned his Juris Doctor from Northern Kentucky University’s Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2017. During his time in law school, he worked as a law clerk, gaining invaluable experience and exposure to the criminal justice system, which fueled his passion for criminal defense.

Admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana in October 2017, Zach also holds admissions to practice in the Federal Northern District of Indiana and the Federal Southern District of Indiana. He began his career at a different firm, where he honed his skills in criminal defense, expungements, and specialized driving privileges. In September 2020, he joined Mullin, McMillin & McMillin, bringing with him a wealth of experience in handling cases ranging from misdemeanors to murder.

Zach treats each case with the utmost care and attention, ensuring that every client receives the dedicated advocacy they deserve. His deep understanding of the criminal justice system allows him to effectively navigate the complexities of each case, leaving no stones unturned to achieve favorable outcomes for his clients.
