Amber McMillin Orozco

Amber focuses her practice on two major areas of the law:  Probating, Administering, and Planning Estates, and assisting clients with all of their Real Estate and Title needs. Along with individual clients, Amber represents several financial institutions, utility boards, and governmental organizations in South Eastern Indiana.

She is admitted to practice law in Indiana, Ohio, the Northern District of Indiana, the Southern District of Indiana, and the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Amber grew up in Franklin County and is a 2006 graduate of the University of Notre Dame where she studied English and Political Science, and was a member of the 2004 Women’s Soccer National Championship team. She graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Masters degree in Sports management in 2008.

Amber graduated from the University of Cincinnati School of Law and was admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio in 2014 and in Indiana in 2016.

Amber began her legal career with a civil litigation firm in Cincinnati, Ohio where she focused on Legal Ethics and Employment Law.

In 2016, Amber moved back to the family firm to take over the Real Estate and Estate Planning side of the practice from her father, Lowell “Teen” McMillin, who had developed the business the previous 44 years.

Today, Amber carries on her father’s legacy by helping folks manage critical stages of their lives. Whether it is buying a house, selling farm land, or preparing stability and certainty for families before and after a loved one dies, Amber knows the rights steps to assure her clients are ready and in control, no matter the circumstances.

Outside of the office, Amber enjoys spending time with her husband and two children and playing any sport someone suggests.
